solid stay in a great spot
cute staff clean room spacious room
the staff was very cute. the rooms were clean and spacious. the hotel location is close to everything downtown. i liked that parking was connected to the park lane mall, opening to spring garden road with many boutiques and restaurants.
i was told they would help arrange transportation. i asked a couple times. i was told i had to take care of it myself. i felt they didn't want to be bothered.

The room had a separate lounge area with an artificial wood stove. It was only for looks. the bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. the room was clean, and all the mentioned amenities were present.

poor soundproofing high parking fee
i did find a couple of things needing attention. the soundproofing in the room was inadequate as i could clearly hear the television in the adjacent room. also, while i understood the parking fee was about $22, it turned out to be over $32 after tax, and it was not valet service..

i stayed in a classic queen guestroom for several nights the room included generous toiletries i also noted real cream and milk in the fridge there was a kettle provided for tea making the towels were large and of good quality. i used the business center for a quick task it was conveniently located i found smiles every morning from the staff i appreciated being offered an umbrella on rainy days. the front desk staff were professional at check in and check out
the gate to exit the parkade was broken i wish someone had informed us sooner of the delay

I took a quick trip to see the public gardens directly across from the hotel. It's a beautiful spot! the staff was helpful in giving directions. my room was super clean. i especially liked the spacious suite. i would definitely come back here.
The elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long. There were a couple of times i opted for the stairs instead!

smooth check-in perfect location
the check-in and check-out processes worked very smoothly. i could check in early and leave my bags after checking out for a while.. the suite was nice and neat. the location is perfect, offering easy access to cafes and restaurants.
the hotel is a bit dated, it could use a refresh. softer pillows and updated device plug-ins would really improve the experience. i think this simple updates would have a great impact
